Drawing dogs for Boden – Johnnie B t-shirt

dogs_boden
Another t-shirt I illustrated for Boden is now in the shops. Hooray! This might be my favourite one yet, but that’s maybe a no brainer because it includes lots of dogs. The design was inspired by my Drawing For Dogs project – in which I raised over £1500 for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. For Boden I included Johnnie Boden’s own pup Sprout in the design :)
You can buy the shirt here. (It’s in the teenage range but age 16 fits a size 10-12 – if you like this kinda thing!)

1 month of #The100DayProject – Update!

One month has passed since I started the #The100DayProject and it is slightly harder than I first thought. OK I lie, I knew it wouldn’t be that easy. I don’t stay home every night, sometimes I get back to my flat late from work and have other work to do – so forcing myself to draw in this sketchbook can be tough! But that’s the challenge and I’m enjoying it. I’ve had a few slip ups but the main thing is I’ve been keeping up, so I’ll hopefully complete my 100 drawings in no time!

Follow me on Instagram here if you would like to keep up with my #100DaysOfSketchbook project.
I’m also going to Istanbul at the end of the week so you’ll see photos from there on my Instagram too! (SO EXCITED!)

P.S Sorry if my blog is looking a bit weird right now or there are little bugs. WordPress updates have not been great lately and me and Henry (aka boyfriend web master pro) have been so busy we’ve not had time to fix them. That related posts plugin is painful right now but proving not as easy to fix as time allows, AND we’re moving my blog over to a new server which is a ~priority right now~ . Ooof, seriously riveting stuff guys.

#The100DayProject | 100 Days Of Sketchbook

I decided that I would have a go at #The100DayProject a couple of days ago. My project is 100 days of using a sketchbook. The main reason being, is that I’m a little non committal with them! I buy loads, use them a lot at first and then end up with 100’s of half full ones… (you should see under my desk). Anyway, I thought this would push me to draw in the same one every single day. It’s also been a while since I did any ‘personal’ work – just for me, for fun. It’s nice to make time to draw whatever I fancy.

You can follow me on Instagram here where I am posting daily!

Please let me know if you are taking part and link me to your social accounts if you are :)

Zola and Heasoo of Oops! My dog.

Recently I drew this portrait for Heasoo, sadly her dog Zola passed away recently so she wanted a picture of them both. Heasoo also runs the amazing Korean online store Oops! My Dog which is a super cute place to buy canine related items if you are a giant dog lover based in South korea!
